Refund and Return Policy
At Lavalore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new watch or jewelry. If the item is not right for you, we offer an extended return period to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for all returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us: Email info@lavalore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive shipping instructions and the address for our warehouse in Leipzig, Germany.

Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@lavalore.com. In cases of verified defective or incorrect items, we will handle the resolution costs to ensure you receive the correct product.
5. European Union Cooling Off Period
In addition to our 30-day policy, EU law grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy extends this right to give you more time to decide. In all cases, the item must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the price of the item on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@lavalore.com.
