1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We ship exclusively to:

  • Germany

  • European Union (EU) Countries

Please Note: We do not ship to countries outside of the European Union at this time. All orders are dispatched directly from our stock warehouse in Leipzig, Germany.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we only ship within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within the EU. All prices shown on our website include applicable German VAT.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Lavalore is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@lavalore.com within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and provide photos of the damage so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address details before finalizing your purchase.
